Welcome to our guesthouse located just a 10-second walk from the sea in Hojo, Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture. Step out of the house and you'll find yourself by the ocean, perfect for daily strolls along the shore and enjoying breathtaking sunsets. Located near a beautiful beach, our guesthouse is within walking distance from a JR station where express trains stop.
In addition to a private bedroom, we offer a room with a private kitchen.
A shared lounge room, which overlooks the garden, doubles as an office during the day.

・Exclusive for one set of guests only. Maximum 2 guests per couple.

Shared Lounge Information
The main living, dining, and kitchen area overlooks the garden. During the day, it serves as the owner Yuko's office (typically working alone). The residents include Marek, the partner from Poland, and two cats named Kichi and Hotaru. Our everyday conversations are conducted in English.

・The above rates include utilities and internet WiFi.
・During the winter season (December to March), an additional utility fee of ¥500 per day will be applied.
・For bookings with 2 guests, an additional fee of ¥1,500 per night is applicable, with a maximum stay of one week.
・Bookings for 3 or more guests are not accepted.
・Parking is available at an additional cost of ¥3,000 per week.
